Week 10: More Sampling :)

 Hello! 

   This week we are taking more samples and photos of bacteria! We will likely only do this for another week before we have a complete set for all 3 classes. It takes a while as we have to wait for each sample to grow its colonies for 24 hours and then 48 hours. Luckily, since Marco and Annemarie are doing this project, too, we are coordinating and working as a team to get the samples and photos done. 

    The google drive is formatted and ready for us to upload the rest of our data sets. So far, gram-positive bacilli are done! So we will need to sample gram-negative bacilli and gram-positive cocci next. Today, I sampled the gram-negative bacilli. So far, the project is coming together nicely!
