Week 11: All USA

 Hello everyone,

This week, right after Catalyst, I had to fly to Kentucky to attend the American Association of Community College's event. I won a position on the All-USA Academic team, which means that I am one of the top 20 community college scholars in America! It was a very brief event for me. I only spent a total of 12 hours in Kentucky before having to jump on a plane again to Phoenix, Arizona. It was exhausting, but it was a great honor. In addition to All USA, I was also awarded the New Century Transfer Pathways award, sponsored by Coca-Cola and AACC. It was a bit surreal as they had us take photos with Coca-Cola cans. I told Kelly from the math department, and he laughed because I don't drink soda! It was a good week!
